Bespoke Planning Fees

Please note that the initial Bespoke Planning Fee (charged at the start of your consultation) is strictly non-refundable. this covers the research, curation, and administrative time invested by our concierge team.

Third-Party & Villa Bookings

Sky Alliance Travels partners with ultra-exclusive private villas and boutique estates. These specific properties often have their own high-season cancellation policies that may override our standard schedule. Any such exceptions will be clearly outlined in your personalized Travel Agreement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original form of payment within 10–14 business days. Please note that Sky Alliance Travels is not responsible for any currency fluctuations or bank processing fees incurred during the transaction.

Protect Your Investment

Given the bespoke nature of our tours, we strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should include "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage to protect against unforeseen professional or personal changes.
